RotoBaller is more than just a business to me – it’s my passion project. As Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer, I helped build RotoBaller from a small startup into a market leader in the fantasy sports industry, all without a dime of outside investment. What began as a novel idea between two brothers and two close childhood friends has become a rapidly growing business that generates digital revenue from multiple channels, and attracts millions of unique monthly visitors.

Strategic Partnerships & Media Expansion: Our partnership committee spearheaded a media distribution deal with SiriusXM Fantasy Sports Radio that remains one of our greatest successes. This partnership brought RotoBaller’s brand to a national audience and opened the door for continued expansion across multiple media channels.
Additionally, our social media presence has grown to over 100K+ organic followers, and our content team has scaled to 400+ contributors, ensuring that we stay at the forefront of the fantasy sports news and information industry.

As Vice President of Global Marketing at Navigare Yachting, I entered a brand with a rich history in B2B sales and embarked on a mission to reshape its entire go-to-market strategy. Navigare had an ambitious vision – to pivot towards the B2C space, a journey many traditional businesses struggle with. But with the right strategy, I knew we could not only succeed but thrive.
The Go-To-Market Challenge: Navigare had spent years excelling in the B2B space, but as consumer interest in personalized luxury travel grew, we had to pivot. I was tasked with taking a $100 million brand and creating a comprehensive shift towards B2C – no small feat for a company entrenched in B2B operations.

Digital Innovation: With the highest digital marketing budget in Navigare’s history, I integrated HubSpot’s Marketing Hub and CRM and spearheaded a full digital transformation. This CRM all-in-one upgrade enhanced our lead generation with new integrated communication tools, such as SMS and WhatsApp, seamlessly connected to HubSpot. The result? A more efficient sales pipeline and a marketing strategy that adapted to the needs of the modern consumer.

At MarineMax, I saw the potential to harness the power of AI-driven marketing automation using Conversica to scale the business’s operations beyond traditional methods. Leading a HubSpot CRM rollout and the Marketing Automation Program, I brought transformative change to how the business engaged with leads, improving efficiency and profitability.
The Mission: MarineMax had a 400+ sales team distributed throughout the US, but relied on outdated processes and several failed CRM rollouts. My goal was to integrate HubSpot's advanced automation and external conversational AI platforms that would streamline operations and fundamentally change how the company approached customer engagement.
